I'm a driven electronic engineering student with a keen interest in biomedical applications. My journey in this field began with a fascination for the intersection of electronics and biology, and it has since evolved into a mission to make a positive impact on global health through innovation, tech assistance and project collaboration.
During my internship, I delved into the realm of blood cell image detection and counting, where I had the privilege of incorporating state-of-the-art techniques like YOLOv5. Working alongside a dynamic team, I utilized my expertise in electronics and image processing to develop robust algorithms and software solutions. This experience not only sharpened my technical acumen but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the transformative power of technology in healthcare.
In parallel to my internship, I'm channeling my enthusiasm into a project focused on arsenic detection in water—an issue of critical importance worldwide. Leveraging my expertise in electronics and sensing technologies, I'm developing an innovative solution aimed at providing a reliable and cost-effective means of detecting arsenic contamination. Through meticulous circuit design and data analysis, I'm committed to making a tangible difference in public health and environmental sustainability.
I'm immensely proud to have had the opportunity to showcase my arsenic detection project at the FAER competition. Presenting alongside fellow innovators, I highlighted the significance of leveraging electronics for environmental monitoring and public health initiatives.
